Welcome to Cruise Geeks LLC (doing business as "Cruise Geeks" and "Cruise Geeks Travel Group", collectively referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, booking services, consultation, and mobile communication channels.
By accessing our website, requesting quotes, making travel bookings, or opting into our communication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Agency Role & Relationship
Cruise Geeks LLC operates as an independent travel agency facilitating travel reservations and planning services.
Host Agency: Cruise Geeks LLC is an independent affiliate of Travel Planners International (TPI). Bookings, payments, and supplier transactions are processed through TPI and direct supplier portals.
Third-Party Suppliers: Cruise lines (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Virgin Voyages), airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, and travel insurance providers ("Suppliers") are independent contractors. Cruise Geeks LLC acts strictly as an agent for these Suppliers and does not own, control, operate, or maintain any cruise ships, aircraft, hotels, or transportation services.
2. Bookings, Payments, & Supplier Rules
Supplier Terms: All bookings are subject to the individual terms, conditions, contract of carriage, cancellation policies, and rules of the respective travel Supplier. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the specific Supplier’s policies.
Pricing & Availability: Rates, cabin availability, itineraries, and promotions are subject to change without notice until a booking is secured with a deposit or paid in full per the Supplier's guidelines.
Payment Processing: Financial information (such as credit card details) provided for travel bookings is transmitted directly into secure, PCI-compliant Supplier portals or host agency systems. Cruise Geeks LLC does not store full credit card numbers on local servers.
3. Travel Documentation & Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documentation required for their itinerary, including but not limited to:
Passports valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel completion date.
Necessary visas, entry permits, government IDs, and vaccination or health documentation.
Cruise Geeks LLC is not responsible for any passenger denied boarding, entry, or transit due to inadequate or improper travel documentation.
4. Travel Insurance Notice
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and Supplier default. Cruise Geeks LLC offers travel insurance coverage options through third-party providers. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept all financial risks associated with trip interruption or cancellation.
5. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS/MMS)
Cruise Geeks LLC offers a mobile messaging program to provide travel quotes, booking updates, itinerary alerts, account notifications, and promotional communications.
User Opt-In: You opt into our SMS program by submitting a web form with an explicit, un-checked checkbox selected, or by initiating a text message to our phone numbers. Message frequency varies based on your travel inquiries and active bookings.
User Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 888-855-4335 or reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final SMS confirming your unsubscription.

Rates & Carrier Disclaimer: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from us. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Privacy: No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruise Geeks LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
Acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel Suppliers.
Personal injury, property damage, death, delay, loss, or inconvenience caused by weather, acts of God, strikes, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
Changes in Supplier schedules, itineraries, rates, or cancellations.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of our agency services shall not exceed the total amount of agency service fees retained by Cruise Geeks LLC for the specific booking in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, logos, trademarks, and text on our website and communication materials—including "Cruise Geeks," "Cruise Geeks Travel Group," and "Suite Expert"—are the property of Cruise Geeks LLC and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
