Joining Cruise Geeks

Thinking about making the leap into the travel industry or looking for a host agency that truly supports your growth? Browse our FAQs below to learn how Cruise Geeks empowers independent advisors with cutting-edge tools, industry-leading host support, and the freedom to build a business you love.

Cruise Geeks Basics

Some of the most basic questions we get asked about Cruise Geeks as a Travel Agency.

Who is Cruise Geeks?

Cruise Geeks is a modern, independent host travel agency designed for dedicated travel advisors who want to build high-margin, sustainable businesses. Founded by active travel professionals who live and breathe this industry, we bridge the gap between high-touch personal support and powerful modern technology. We give independent travel advisors (ITAs) the credentials, booking engines, marketing infrastructure, and back-office systems required to compete and win in today's travel market.

Are you strictly a cruise host agency, or can I book land and resort travel too?

While cruise travel is in our DNA and our primary namesake, Cruise Geeks is a full-service, fully accredited host agency. Through our credentials and preferred partner network, our advisors have direct access to thousands of land suppliers, all-inclusive luxury resorts, guided tour operators, excursion providers, and hotel collections across the globe. You can book everything your clients need, from ocean and river cruises to complete land packages.

What makes Cruise Geeks different from traditional host agencies?

Most host agencies fall into two traps: they are either giant, impersonal "call center" hosts where you are just an account number, or outdated agencies running on 20-year-old software. Cruise Geeks is built differently:

-Niche Authority Meets Modern Tech: We combine deep cruise and leisure expertise with modern CRM automation, digital marketing workflows, and web technology.

-Advisor-First Growth: We offer a straightforward 90/10 split from day one, zero booking quotas, and absolute client ownership guaranteed in writing.

-Real Community & Direct Support: You get direct access to agency leadership and an active community of peers—not a generic support queue or outsourced ticket system.

Is Cruise Geeks accredited?

Yes. Cruise Geeks operates as a fully accredited, licensed host travel agency through Travel Planners International, with active credentials through major industry bodies (including CLIA and IATA/IATAN). Our advisors gain immediate access to these credentials to register with top cruise lines, land suppliers, and tour operators worldwide under our umbrella.

Is Cruise Geeks a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) agency?

Absolutely not. Cruise Geeks is a traditional host travel agency. You earn your income by booking travel for your clients, not by recruiting downlines or managing sales teams. We focus 100% on supporting real travel professionals building real businesses.

Do I need to get a business license or state registration to start booking travel?

It depends on where you reside and where your clients live. For the vast majority of states, no specialized travel license is required—a basic local business setup is all you need. However, four states specifically mandate a Seller of Travel (SOT) registration: Florida, California, Hawaii, and Washington.

Here is how Cruise Geeks keeps you fully compliant:

We Have You Covered: Cruise Geeks holds active, state-level Seller of Travel registrations in all four required SOT states, allowing you to operate legally under our agency umbrella.

Florida-Specific Filing: If you are based in Florida or sell to Florida residents, state law requires individual independent agents to submit an independent seller disclosure form annually. It is a quick, straightforward process, and our onboarding team will guide you step-by-step through completing it when you join.

Do I need prior travel industry experience to join Cruise Geeks?

Not at all. A large portion of our team joined us with zero professional travel background. What drives success as an independent advisor isn't a resume in travel—it's a real passion for the industry, strong communication skills, and a willingness to master the craft.

We make sure you aren't left figuring things out by trial and error. As soon as you join, you get full access to our structured onboarding and training modules. We guide you step-by-step through the core essentials—from navigating cruise line portals and back-office tools to understanding commission structures and managing client itineraries. Between our built-in training paths, supplier resources, and hands-on host support, you’ll have everything you need to start booking with confidence.

Can I join Cruise Geeks as an advisor if I live outside the United States?

Currently, we only accept independent travel advisors who are legal residents of the United States and hold a U.S. bank account for commission payouts. While you must reside in the U.S. to join our host agency, you are fully empowered to book travel for clients globally, no matter where they are located in the world.

Can I join Cruise Geeks solely to save money on my personal vacations?

Yes, but it is important to understand how personal travel perks actually operate in the real agency world.

Joining Cruise Geeks does not automatically give you a "secret discount code" at checkout. Instead, the financial benefit comes directly from earning commissions on your own travel. When you book a vacation under our credentials, you earn the standard 90/10 commission split on that booking (typically 10% to 16% of the base fare), effectively lowering your total out-of-pocket spend once the supplier pays out after your trip.

As an active advisor, you also gain access to exclusive industry benefits, including:

Travel Agent Rates (TAR): Discounted stateroom and hotel inventory offered directly by cruise lines and land suppliers to active producers.

FAM (Familiarization) Trips: Deeply discounted inspection voyages and resort stays designed to help advisors learn specific products.

VIP Supplier Perks: Shipboard credits, priority upgrades, and complimentary amenities extended to credentialed advisors.

The Bottom Line on the Math:

If you are a frequent traveler taking multiple trips a year, earning commissions and leveraging industry perks on your own vacations can easily exceed your annual membership costs. However, if you only take one routine vacation a year, the math might not work in your favor—and we would rather be transparent about that up front.

We welcome advisors who join primarily to handle their personal and family travel portfolios, provided you are prepared to manage your bookings professionally through our system.

Is Cruise Geeks Your Next Move?

We designed Cruise Geeks for people who are genuinely passionate about travel and ready to build something real.

Whether your vision is to scale a full-time travel agency, run a rewarding booking business around your current career, or simply gain legit industry credentials to handle travel for your inner circle, you have a home here. We created this platform to support real people with varying ambitions—not to push unrealistic "quit your job in 30 days" hype.

Before you apply, we believe in laying out a few direct truths about how we operate:

This is real work, not passive revenue. Earning serious commission checks takes real bookings, which require real clients, which takes real effort. Anyone promising you hands-off, passive income in the travel space is selling you a fantasy.

You are an owner, not an employee or a recruit. You won't find managers bossing you around here, nor will you find "uplines" pressuring you to recruit your friends and family into a pyramid. That’s MLM behavior, and it has no place at Cruise Geeks. You own your strategy, your schedule, and your client relationships. We supply the high-powered infrastructure, booking access, and back-office backing—you supply the drive.

Real agency growth takes momentum. Building a client base from scratch doesn't happen overnight. Most new advisors spend their first several months laying groundwork before seeing heavy commission deposits. We’d rather earn your trust with raw honesty upfront than sell you a dream just to get your sign-up fee.

If you appreciate straight talk and want a modern host agency that respects your independence, you’re going to fit right in.

What's the cost, What do you earn

Here you'll find questions about the costs associated with being a travel advisor with Cruise Geeks, and ultimately what you can expect to earn.

What is the commission split at Cruise Geeks?

We offer a straightforward 90/10 commission split on self-sourced bookings from day one. You keep 90% of the commission you earn on every trip you book—no tiered targets to unlock, no starter penalties while you prove yourself, and no hidden fees attached to your payouts.

Are there any hidden fees or add-on costs?

No. Your monthly membership covers your access to our host agency infrastructure, credentials, training modules, and back-office tools. We do not charge per-booking transaction fees, technology add-on fees, or payout processing fees. What you see is what you pay.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Never. Our agreements run month-to-month. We believe advisors should stay with Cruise Geeks because of the value, support, and community we provide—not because of a restrictive contract. You can cancel your membership at any time right from your account settings.

How much can I realistically earn?

Your earning potential depends directly on your focus, sales volume, and time commitment. A part-time advisor booking travel for friends and family may generate a few hundred to a few thousand dollars annually. A full-time advisor with a strong niche and an active client roster can build a sustainable, full-time income. We will never quote inflated earnings or pitch this as an easy path to wealth. Building a successful travel business takes real effort, strategy, and time.

Industry benchmarks reflect this reality. Annual study data from Host Agency Reviews (HAR) shows that full-time hosted advisors with three to five years of experience average $44,127 per year, while those with 15+ years of experience average $79,701. Part-time advisors typically earn between $20,900 and $30,951 annually, and advisors in their first three years average around $12,057. Replacing a full-time income rarely happens in year one—or even year two. That is the realistic picture.

High-earning advisors consistently focus on a clear niche and commit to long-term client development. If that is your goal, Cruise Geeks provides the platform and tools to help you get there. We simply promise complete honesty about what it takes, with no overnight promises or get-rich-quick claims.

How does canceling my account affect my final commission payouts?

You retain full ownership of your client relationships. Should you choose to leave, your book of business goes with you, and you are completely free to transfer it to any host agency of your choice.

To be completely transparent up front, here is everything that remains yours:

Client Records: Your clients and their personal data belong to you, and you can export your records at any time.

Personal Credentials: Individual credentials—like a CLIA EMBARC card—are tied to you personally, not Cruise Geeks. You simply update your agency affiliation to bring them along.

The only element you cannot take is Cruise Geeks’ agency-level accreditation code under which your bookings were processed. This is standard across the host agency industry.

We do not require long-term commitments or lock-in periods at Cruise Geeks, nor do we require advance notice to leave. You will sign an Independent Travel Agent Agreement when onboarding, but it functions strictly as an operational agreement—not a trap to keep you from leaving whenever you wish. You are free to cancel at any time.

Our goal is for you to stay because Cruise Geeks delivers real value to your business, not because you are tied down. If our platform no longer meets your needs, we will not complicate your exit. Once canceled, your membership remains active through the end of your paid billing cycle (we do not offer partial refunds for unused days), and you won't have to jump through administrative hoops or sit through exit interviews. Cancellation takes just a single click.

Regarding pending commissions, two conditions must be met for a payout:

1. Your Cruise Geeks membership must be active.

2. Cruise Geeks must have received the commission funds from the supplier.

Because suppliers typically issue commission payments 30 to 90 days after travel is completed, any payments arriving after your membership has ended cannot be disbursed—even if the client traveled while you were an active member. This is not a penalty; it is simply how host agency payment infrastructure operates across the industry, as commissions can only flow through an active hosting agreement.

How to time your departure wisely: Plan your exit around your payout timeline rather than client departure dates. Wait until all commissions for completed trips have been received by Cruise Geeks and paid out to you before finalizing your cancellation. Because Cruise Geeks does not require an exclusivity clause, you can comfortably dual-host during this transition—running new bookings through your new agency while waiting for final payments to clear here. A brief overlap ensures you transition smoothly without leaving earned income behind.

What kind of training, community, and support does Cruise Geeks provide?

Cruise Geeks provides comprehensive, structured support at every phase of your business through live interactive sessions, milestone check-ins, and a dedicated advisor community.

Open drop-in sessions where you can ask real-time questions, troubleshoot client scenarios, or hear how fellow advisors navigate common challenges. No set agenda or advance sign-up required—just join through your dashboard.

Deep-dive training sessions hosted by Cruise Geeks leadership covering essential business strategy, marketing, and sales topics, ending with live Q&A. Topics are announced in advance so you can attend when the subject aligns with your current focus.

For day-to-day collaboration, our internal Cruise Geeks agent community provides a focused space to ask fast questions, share wins, and connect with peers. It is actively moderated and engineered specifically for professional business growth.

Are there benefits to being. a travel agent?

The freedom, flexibility, and privileges of owning a travel business.

What travel discounts do I get?

As a credentialed travel advisor, you gain access to travel professional rates across a wide spectrum of suppliers—including cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators. These are wholesale industry rates reserved for active professionals, not basic promo codes or public consumer deals.

How industry rates work in practice:

It depends on the offer: Professional rates do not automatically beat every public promo. Suppliers run seasonal flash sales and public promotions that can occasionally match or undercut standard advisor rates. You will find significant savings on cruises, hotel brands, and all-inclusive resorts, but it is not a guaranteed blanket discount on every single booking.

Access & Perks: Beyond discounted rates, credentials unlock FAM (familiarization) trips, reduced-rate industry travel, ship inspections, property site visits, and friends-and-family rates. Plus, when you book your own personal travel under your credentials, you earn a commission on the booking—lowering your net cost even further.

Supplier Requirements: Industry perks are governed by supplier rules, not Cruise Geeks. FAM trips and top-tier reduced rates often require minimum production thresholds, booking history, or specific supplier certifications. Industry discounts unlock as you actively build your business.

The bottom line:

If travel perks are a primary motivator for joining, you are in great company—many successful advisors started with that exact passion. However, Cruise Geeks is a professional host agency, not a travel discount club. The privileges of the industry follow active advisors who put in the work, and we prefer to be completely upfront about that expectations gap before you join.

Do I earn commissions on personal bookings?

Absolutely. One of the best parts of being an independent advisor is that your own personal vacations count as business revenue. You earn commission on your own bookings just like you would for any client.

Between access to special agent pricing and earning commission on the total booking, your out-of-pocket travel costs drop significantly. Even on comped cruise line offers (like casino sailings), suppliers generally pay out a modest commission on eligible portions of the reservation, giving you extra value every time you travel.

Can I sign up just to get cheap or free travel?

To be entirely transparent: no. Cruise Geeks is a professional host agency designed for working advisors, not a travel discount club.

Joining Cruise Geeks gives you the tools, platform, and accreditation needed to run a real travel business. Earned income comes from supplier-paid commissions on legitimate travel bookings. While advisor rates and personal travel perks certainly exist, suppliers reserve their best benefits for advisors who demonstrate real training and sales production. Key industry credentials that unlock top perks carry strict production requirements before you can qualify.

We have zero interest in acting as a card mill or taking membership fees under misleading premises. If you are serious about building a real travel business—even starting small while earning commissions on your own trips—you will find an incredible home here. However, if your plan is simply to seek unearned travel perks without booking travel, Cruise Geeks is not for you.

What cruise-specific perks can I expect as an advisor?

Cruise lines offer some of the most generous advisor perks in the hospitality world. When you hold professional credentials, you unlock access to agent-only reward platforms, complimentary staterooms, onboard credits, Wi-Fi packages, and stateroom upgrades.

Getting started is straightforward: most lines host free, self-paced online learning portals. Finishing a cruise line’s training course usually unlocks instant perks, including access to "Seminar-at-Sea" events and agent appreciation rates that often extend to a traveling companion.

As you build momentum and grow your cruise sales, your relationship with those brand reps deepens—leading to priority agent support, inaugural ship invitations, and additional booking incentives that make selling cruise travel extraordinarily rewarding.

How quickly can I start using travel agent perks?

You can tap into many basic agent perks right away. As soon as your Cruise Geeks membership is active and your credentials are set up, you gain access to supplier booking engines, agent rates, and online training academies.

However, the deepest discounts and exclusive opportunities—like official FAM trips and VIP ship inspections—are earned over time. Suppliers extend their most exclusive offers to active, producing travel advisors. As you log bookings and complete supplier modules, those higher-tier benefits unlock naturally.

To make things simple, we pull active supplier offers, agent rates, and educational trips into a centralized Perks tab inside your Cruise Geeks portal. You won't have to comb through separate websites or track down old emails to find out what you qualify for.

While travel benefits are a fantastic part of the job, they work best as a reward for building a real, client-focused business rather than the main reason for launching one. Focus on growing your agency, and the perks will follow.

Can I attend travel industry events and conferences?

Absolutely. One of the best ways to accelerate your agency's growth is by participating in live industry events, trade shows, and cruise line summits.

Being a credentialed advisor allows you to attend major events, destination showcases, and regional supplier expos. These events feature hosted meals, ship inspections, and direct access to supplier business development managers (BDMs)—relationships that pay major dividends when you need special accommodations or support for your clients.

Beyond broader industry trade shows, Cruise Geeks brings our advisor community together for our own specialized host events. Built from the ground up to address real agency needs, our programming delivers actionable marketing tactics, operational workflows, and dedicated masterminds to help you scale. Full details, dates, and registration info are released to active members through the agent platform.

Where do i start?

A clear, step-by-step roadmap to launch your agency and secure your first sale.

What's the signup process?

Fast, transparent, and built to get you booking right away.

We don't believe in waiting weeks for approval or sitting through mandatory sales callbacks. Joining Cruise Geeks follows a simple, high-speed onboarding flow:

Immediate System Access: The moment you complete the join form and submit your first monthly fee, your Agent Dashboard, Geek Central Access, and private advisor community are live and accessible.

Host Credentials via TPI: We forward your advisor file to Travel Planners International (TPI) to set up your official industry profile. Within 1–2 business days (frequently same-day), TPI sends your "Getting Started" welcome package with your credentials and core orientation docs.

Ready to Book: Once TPI confirms your account setup, you are officially open for business.

Self-Paced Growth & Ongoing Support: Complete cruise line academies and supplier certifications at your own speed. The onboarding model is entirely self-directed, giving you complete autonomy over your timeline while keeping expert coaching within easy reach.

When can I actually start booking?

You can start quoting and booking travel in just 1 to 2 business days (and frequently same-day).

We intentionally built Cruise Geeks to eliminate the traditional weeks-long waiting periods. After signing up, your Geek Central Access, Agent Dashboard, and community space unlock immediately. We then pass your file to Travel Planners International (TPI) to issue your official credentials, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours max. Once TPI sends your onboarding email, you can officially begin booking.

Getting setup right vs. growing your skills:

Before or right after your first sale, you will want to walk through a few basic housekeeping steps—specifically learning our booking entry system so we can track and disburse your earned commissions without delays.

We fast-track the technical setup so you can start taking client inquiries right away, but we also know that confidence comes from competence. The more you take advantage of supplier certifications, cruise line academies, and platform training, the more natural the booking process feels and the faster your business will grow. You control the pace, but the training is always there to elevate your success.

Do I need experience in the travel industry to get started?

Not at all. We welcome passionate travel enthusiasts regardless of their professional background. Our tools, resources, and coaching are structured to guide you step-by-step, whether you are starting completely from scratch or scaling an existing agency.

To make sure you hit the ground running, we require all new members to complete a brief launch orientation inside Geek Central before taking on client requests. This short, self-paced walkthrough covers the operational core of your business: handling client info safely, booking through supplier portals, locking in your commissions, and avoiding beginner pitfalls. It takes about an hour to complete and gives you the exact blueprint needed to make your first booking seamlessly.

As you build momentum and grow your cruise sales, your relationship with those brand reps deepens—leading to priority agent support, inaugural ship invitations, and additional booking incentives that make selling cruise travel extraordinarily rewarding.

How do CLIA credentials work at Cruise Geeks?

You can start booking travel right out of the gate using our host credentials. Your booking power is backed by Travel Planners International (TPI), meaning you gain immediate access to TPI’s primary CLIA agency credentials as soon as your account setup is processed.

Whenever you call a cruise line, log into a resort portal, or request specialized travel quotes, you will provide TPI’s CLIA number. Because suppliers verify agency-level accreditation rather than individual advisor accounts, this gives you full, instant authorization to sell travel and earn supplier commissions.

If you eventually want an individual CLIA EMBARC card in your own name—which many advisors get to attend industry trade shows or carry official physical credentials—you can apply for one directly through CLIA as an affiliated agent. Just keep in mind that whether you hold a personal card or not, all client bookings must still be processed under TPI’s agency credentials so your commission payouts flow seamlessly through Cruise Geeks.

How do I find clients?

Finding clients starts with leveraging your existing network and building momentum through strategic marketing—not cold calling strangers. Most new advisors begin by announcing their agency to friends, family, and past colleagues using our launch workflows and social media templates inside Geek Central.

As you grow, you’ll build a steady flow of organic leads by identifying a clear niche, sharing valuable travel content, encouraging client referrals, and showcasing your firsthand travel expertise. We provide marketing strategy training, social media guidance, and client intake workflows to help you build a visible, trusted brand that attracts repeat travelers.

What does a typical day actually look like as a travel advisor?

A travel advisor's day is a dynamic mix of client communication, trip research, quote building, and business administration:

Morning: Check emails, review active client itineraries, respond to new travel inquiries, and follow up on pending quotes.

Midday: Research cruise itineraries, resort options, or land packages using supplier portals; build custom proposals; and communicate directly with suppliers or BDMs (Business Development Managers).

Afternoon: Finalize client bookings, process deposits, log completed sales in Geek Central for commission tracking, and send preparation guides or bon voyage messages to traveling clients.

Ongoing: Participate in weekly drop-in coaching sessions, complete self-paced cruise line or resort academies, and share engaging content on your business social media channels.

Can I specialize in a specific niche, or do I have to book everything?

You have complete freedom to specialize or remain a generalist. While our name is Cruise Geeks—and we are widely recognized for our deep expertise in ocean and river cruising—our advisors book all types of travel, including all-inclusive Caribbean resorts, Walt Disney World packages, luxury land tours, and European vacations.

Focusing on a specific niche (like luxury ocean suites, group cruises, or destination weddings) often helps you market more effectively and earn higher commissions, but you are never restricted from booking whatever travel your clients request.

What support do I have if something goes wrong with a booking?

You are never on an island when issues arise. If a client encounters flight delays, weather cancellations, schedule changes, or onboard issues, you have multiple layers of operational support:

Direct Supplier Priority Lines: As a credentialed advisor under Travel Planners International (TPI), you get access to dedicated travel agent support desks and BDMs who can resolve issues faster than public customer service lines.

Geek Central Community: Our private advisor network allows you to post urgent questions and tap into the collective experience of fellow advisors and leadership in real time.

Live Support & Coaching: You can drop into weekly live Office Hours or reach out directly to our support team for guidance on complex client scenarios.

Can I charge clients a planning or service fee?

That is entirely your choice. At Cruise Geeks, we strongly advocate for a fee-free model for standard travel and cruise bookings, relying on supplier commissions instead.

That said, as an independent travel advisor, you have the flexibility to charge planning or consultation fees if your business model calls for it—such as for complex, multi-destination land itineraries. Please note that because we personally do not charge service fees in our agency, Cruise Geeks does not offer coaching or guidance on setting up fee structures.

Do I need to disclose that I am a travel agent when booking for others?

Yes. Operating ethically and professionally requires clear disclosure. When booking travel for clients, you must disclose that you are acting as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Cruise Geeks / Travel Planners International.

Proper disclosure protects your business, establishes professional trust, and ensures your clients understand booking terms, cancellation policies, and payment procedures upfront.

Does Cruise Geeks have any sales quotas?

No. Cruise Geeks has zero sales quotas, minimum booking requirements, or annual production thresholds to maintain your membership.

Whether you want to build a high-volume, full-time agency or run a flexible part-time business booking a few trips a year for friends and family, you have complete freedom to run your agency on your schedule. You will never be penalized for having a quiet month.

How do commission payouts work in practice?

When a travel supplier pays a commission on a completed trip, it flows through our host relationship to your agency based on your agreement.

For example, if a cruise line pays $1,000 in gross commission on a sailing you booked, your payout is calculated according to your commission percentage and disbursed directly to you once the funds clear. You maintain complete visibility over your earned revenue, pending payouts, and historical sales directly inside your Geek Central dashboard or other supporting software.

When do I actually get paid, and what causes payout delays?

Suppliers pay commissions after travel is completed—typically 30 to 90 days after the client departs on their trip or disembarks from their cruise. Once the supplier transfers the funds to our host accounting department, payouts are disbursed on our regular accounting schedule.

What causes delays?

Delayed Supplier Processing: Some suppliers process payouts slower than others after travel ends.

Missing or Incorrect Booking Entries: If a booking was not properly logged in our commission system prior to travel, matching incoming supplier funds takes manual reconciliation.

Unpaid Client Balances: Commissions are only generated on fully paid, completed reservations.

Logging your bookings accurately as soon as they are deposited is the best way to ensure your payouts arrive seamlessly without delay.

Is there an online community for Cruise Geeks advisors?

Yes! Our community an active, moderated, and professional space built specifically for Cruise Geeks advisors. You can ask daily booking questions, share supplier insights, celebrate client wins, collaborate on tricky itineraries, and stay up to date on host announcements in an environment designed strictly for business growth.

Do I use my own email address, or does Cruise Geeks control it?

You have total flexibility. You can use your own personal business email (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]), or you can leverage the power and trust of the Cruise Geeks brand.

Many of our advisors prefer using an official @cruisegeeks.com email or a custom branded domain because it immediately signals credibility, authority, and official affiliation with an established travel agency. For a very small, nominal fee, we can set up custom domains and email handles for your business.

Whether you choose to build under your own distinct brand name or align closely with the Cruise Geeks identity, your client relationships and communications always remain 100% yours.

How do I advance, step into leadership, or become a Geek Success Coach with Cruise Geeks?

As you build a proven track record of booking production, platform mastery, and active involvement in our community, opportunities open up to step into leadership roles within Cruise Geeks.

We periodically invite top-producing, highly collaborative advisors to host specialized masterclasses, lead peer mentorship circles, and serve as paid Geek Success Coaches for our drop-in sessions and milestone check-ins. Leadership selection is based on demonstrated sales success, operational expertise, and a commitment to helping fellow advisors thrive.
